Welcome to Live Free Counseling. I'm Arquisha (Quay) Moreno, MA, LPC - and I'm glad you're here! Taking the first step to begin therapy is often times the most challenging step to take, so I celebrate you in summing up the courage to seek help. Life is a beautiful challenge, and we all need assistance on our path to becoming healthy and whole individuals.
 
We will work together to uncover new healing ways to take with you as you traverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, phase of life changes, and more, using various therapy modalities and activities. My objective is to provide a safe environment where you can feel supported and encouraged at all times.

More than ever before people are suffering from anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Live Free Counseling aims  to empower people with hope to heal and restore. We believe and support the notion that everyone may experience a measure of emotional and mental liberation through therapeutic partnership. 

 

Live Free Counseling is a private practice in New Jersey that provides virtual, Telehealth counseling to teens, and adults.Our goal at Live Free Counseling is to be there for you every step of the process, helping you gain internal confidence in your abilities to recover in therapy and beyond.
